1. Service Agreement

By engaging Aarka Cleaning Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the provision of cleaning services by Aarka Cleaning Services to our clients.

2. Services Provided

Aarka Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning solutions including:

  • Commercial cleaning
  • Residential cleaning
  • Office cleaning
  • NDIS cleaning support
  • Specialised cleaning services as agreed

Specific service scope, frequency, and pricing will be outlined in your individual service agreement or quote.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide reasonable access to the premises at the agreed service times. If access is unavailable due to client circumstances, the scheduled service may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.

4. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
  • We offer transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden fees
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • NDIS services are billed according to NDIS price guide rates

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Liability

Aarka Cleaning Services carries full public liability and workers' compensation insurance. We take reasonable care in performing our services but are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or conditions beyond our control.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and accessible premises for our team
  • Inform us of any hazards, special requirements, or access instructions
  • Secure valuables and sensitive items before cleaning
  • Report any concerns promptly so we can address them

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
